Most of the services provided by AAAWE are limited to members who have paid their dues. You will be directed to pay your dues and/or make a donation after signing up to join AAAWE. Your financial support will provide long-term support for AAAWE.

There are three categories of membership. Note that where you live does not matter.

• Core Professionals Members – African women economists living in Africa or in the Diaspora who are not students..
• Core Student Members – African women economists living either in Africa or in the Diaspora who are students.
• Non-core Members – Those who do not qualify as either Core Members— i.e., all males and non-African women.
